Design Inspiration
The watch is inspired by the precision of the 18th century marine astronomical clock and the competitive spirit of baseball, paying tribute to the adventurous spirit of sailing explorers and baseball players. The case outline draws on the square wooden box shape of the classic ship clock, and the edges are rounded to echo the traditional aesthetics of the square with a round shape in the navigation instrument; the strap design is inspired by the stitching process of baseball gloves, using dark brown vegetable tanned calfskin with red hand-stitching to simulate the wear-resistant texture and sports tension of baseball gloves.
